A non-returnable deposit of £100 will be required when all the details have been decided. When I have finished the portrait I will send you a watermarked image via email and once that has been approved I will require the remaining balance via bank transfer or PayPal. 

Once that has cleared I will send you your unframed unmounted portrait via Royal Mail Special Delivery - Free delivery in the UK, for worldwide please request a quote. 

1) Pick out your favourite photo/s and decide on how many subjects you would like in your drawing. 

2) Choose a portrait size. Please let me know if you would like a custom size not listed below.

3) Select a portrait style either ‘natural’ or ‘colourful’.

4) Decide whether to keep the background clear, if so what colour paper or whether to add detail either simple or more elaborate. I am happy to advise on all of this once I’ve seen your photos. 

5) If you would like we can have a chat about my recommendations for mount board size and colour and also the frame type, size and colour. 

6) Do you have a specific date you would like the portrait delivered by.

7) Please then message me via my ‘Contact me’ page with your choices and any requests or questions you might have.

8) Once I have received that I will let you know my email address for you to send me your photos.

I can draw commissioned portraits that will fit into mounts and frames that you can easily buy ready made. But if you are happy to have bespoke framing done once you receive your portrait then let me know as this then gives us more flexibility on size and format of the drawing.

I don’t use very soft pastels so there hopefully won’t be any pastel falling over time so a single mount should be fine.

I would recommend a type of glass called Artglass that is anti-reflective invisible glass. Ask your framer for their advice on this and on framing pastel art. 

Below are my prices for portrait sizes that would fit into ready made frames. You can get different looks and overall size and impact with different sizes of frame and mount. Prices includes a simple blended background if you choose to have one.
